  • The Self™ Program is a 6-week coaching experience designed to help you understand the beliefs you hold about yourself — where they came from, how they’ve shaped your life, and how to start changing them.


    Because the way you see yourself influences everything:

    • Your choices.

    • Your relationships.

    • Your confidence.

    • Your ability to follow through.

    • And ultimately, how you live your life.

    This program is about getting to the core of that and rebuilding from a place that actually supports you.

  • This program is for you if you:

     

    • Struggle with self-worth, self-esteem, or confidence.

    • Find it hard to recognise your value - in relationships, work, or within yourself.

    • Repeatedly sabotage your own progress.

    • Don’t feel worthy of good things in your life.

    • Set goals but struggle to follow through - and then criticise yourself for it.

    • Hold yourself to high standards, but feel like you’re constantly falling short.

    • Aim for perfection, and see anything less as failure.
